Penny Hopefuls as in the websites name are stocks that are hopeful of rising in the market and making you a nice gain in the short or long term. Penny Hopefuls are stocks from small emerging companies that are of very low cost that people buy into to make a quick buck.
Small good companies often have a chance of making you a quick buck , as they can grow quickly if they have all the right factors and backing.
